While our products may not be budget-oriented, they are intended for those who appreciate and seek out the best in quality, performance, and design. Ampt Engineering is always on the look out for opportunities to bring these products to more riders, if we are able to increase batch sizes, improve production methods etc, price brackets may reduce.

Ampt Engineering's products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. This means that if a component is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it at no cost to the original owner. However, it's important to note that this warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, incorrect assembly, or any damage resulting from an accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that our customers receive a reliable and high-quality engineered experience. Postage costs are not included in the warranty policy.

At Ampt Engineering, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you determine that our MTB products are not suitable for you upon delivery, you are eligible to return them within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the products must not have been installed or ridden. Once the products are returned to us, you will receive a full refund per your consumer rights. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free return process as a valued customer.

If you have installed or ridden on the components, on a case-by-case basis Ampt Engineering will evaluate the request and store credit or a partial refund may be granted. Postage costs are not included in the return policy.

Ampt Engineering is a 1 person operation and produces the Ampt MTB products in small batches, this often results in smaller margins than most retailers would consider acceptable. To ensure the viability of bringing these niche artisan designs to life, I need to operate with an overhead as low as reasonably possible and work direct with manufactures to ensure there are minimal extra costs passed onto the products. For these reasons, I believe offering these products directly to my customers, without needing to leave headroom for retailer margins is the best structure for these products. With all that said, never say never, and if you are interested in a bulk purchase, it may be possible to arrange a batch specifically for you as a retailer, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Yes, Ampt Engineering does ship internationally. However, it's important to note that international orders may incur local duty and taxes upon arrival if outside of Australia. We are not able to provide quotes for these additional costs, as they are dependent on the destination country. Additionally, Ampt Engineering is unable to absorb these costs on behalf of the customer. Importation costs, including duties and taxes, are not valid reasons for a return or cancellation of orders. We recommend that customers outside of Australia inquire about potential additional costs and regulations with their local customs office before placing an order with Ampt Engineering.
